TMG has had extensive experience with large financial loan files that fit into the thousands of boxes. We know that when financial paperwork changes hands for various reasons that these files need to be replicated exactly as the originals. TMG is well equipped to streamline this process of making sure each piece of paper goes in its appropriate file folder. This process may seem easy but each loan file may contain documents of multiple sizes, a variety of folder types and various binding elements. TMG also makes sure that each folder is labeled accordingly. We also take additional steps to check the copies against the originals of making sure this process is completed accurately.

Having electronic documents may make the process of sharing information a lot easier – not to mention retrieving information with just a few key word searches. This, in turn, saves a tremendous amount of time and money. With scanning you have ability to manage, share, transport and archive documents in a much smaller, more durable format.

Here at TMG, we pride ourselves on making sure that every job is processed through our quality control department. Each and every job gets checked page for page. Copies get checked against the originals to assure that everything was copied and that all documents are in order. Even before a job gets processed, we go through the originals to make sure page numbers are in order and documents are not upside down or skewed. We also take the added step of contacting you the client before any adjustments are made to the project. One cannot ask enough questions to ensure an accurate job the first time!

TMG takes security very seriously because we deal with highly sensitive documents on a daily basis. Our facility is not accessible from street level and our office remains secured and locked down at all times. After hours entry to our facility requires a pass-code as well as key access. All of our employees sign a non-disclosure statement upon employment and we are fully bonded. All discarded documents are shredded weekly.
